Account Application Form means the Personal Account Application Form for International Personal Banking or Wealth and Investment as applicable;
Application Form means any application form to be completed by subscribers for Shares as prescribed by the Company from time to time.
ACH means automated clearing house transfers.
Credit Card Notification has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.11.
Authorization Form means a form specified in s. 440.73.
Opt-Out Form means the form through which Eligible Employees may note their decision to opt out of participation in the Program.
Account Application or “Application” shall mean the application, as may be amended from time to time, by which this Agreement is established between the Depositor (or following the death of the Depositor, the Beneficiary) and the Custodian. The statements contained therein shall be incorporated into this Agreement.
Enrollment Form means an agreement pursuant to which an Eligible Employee may elect to enroll in the Plan, to authorize a new level of payroll deductions, or to stop payroll deductions and withdraw from an Offering Period.
Bid Application Form means the form as specified in Annexure II of this E-Auction Process Information Document;
Data Processing Addendum means Sprinklr’s Data Processing Addendum, located at www.sprinklr.com/legal
Notice of Account Designation has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 2.3(b).
E-Check means any check which You authorize the payee to process electronically. For joint accounts, read singular pronouns in the plural.
FACE Form means the Funding Authorization and Certificate of Expenditure Form attached to this Agreement. The FACE Form is used for (i) requests for cash advances, direct payments or reimbursements and (ii) financial reporting by the Partner.
Postcard Notice means the short form of notice that shall be sent by mail to Settlement Class members who did not agree to receive notices by email, or for whom the Settlement Administrator is unable to send Email Notice using the email address provided by Defendant, in the form attached as Exhibit 1.
Direct Debit Request means the Direct Debit Request between Us and You.
Credit Card Notifications has the meaning provided in Section 6.13(a)(i).
EFT means electronic funds transfer.
Special Instruction Form means a standardized form prescribed by the Management Company to be duly filled by the investor to change his/her particulars and will be stated in this Offering Document.
Check means a draft, other than a documentary draft, payable on demand and drawn on a bank or a cashier's check or teller's check. An instrument may be a check even though it is described on its face by another term, such as “money order”.
Advance Request Form A certificate, in a form approved by Lender, properly completed and signed by Borrower requesting a Revolving Credit Advance.
Payment Processor means any Person providing Payment Processing services in connection with another Person’s sale of goods or services, or in connection with any charitable donation.
Account Opening Application Form means the application form/questionnaire completed by the Client in order to apply for the Company’s Services under this Agreement and a Client Account, via which form/questionnaire the Company will obtain amongst other things information for the Client’s identification and due diligence, his categorization and appropriateness or suitability (as applicable) in accordance with the Applicable Regulations.
Proper Form means a payment sent by mail or courier that:
Account Designation Letter means a letter from the Borrower to the Administrative Agent, duly completed and signed by an Authorized Officer of the Borrower and in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, listing any one or more accounts to which the Borrower may from time to time request the Administrative Agent to forward the proceeds of any Loans made hereunder.
Normal Form means a monthly annuity which is one twelfth of the amount of the member’s accrued benefit which is payable for the member’s life. If the member dies before the sum of the payments he or she receives equals his or her accumulated contributions on the annuity starting date, the named beneficiary shall receive in one lump sum the difference between the accumulated contributions at the annuity starting date and the total of the retirement income payments made to the member.
Background Check means the process of checking an applicant’s arrest and conviction record, through any means.
