ACH Entries definition

ACH Entries has the meaning set forth in Section 4.3(a).
ACH Entries means the electronic funds transfer disbursements which are originated by you under this Service Description; and (c) “Rules” mean the rules of the National Automated Clearing House Association (“NACHA”), applicable local ACH rules and regulations, and applicable law and regulations as in effect from time to time.
ACH Entries means electronic debit or credit transactions received by Bank through the automated clearinghouse for Client’s Positive Pay Account.

Examples of ACH Entries in a sentence

  • Company may elect to receive ACH Addenda reports on all or some of the Standard Entry Class Code ACH Entries, as requested in writing or through the System.

  • Bank’s Standard Authorization Procedure recommends Company to require a secondary authorization for all ACH Entries.

  • In order to originate ACH Entries, Company must designate at least one Administrator.

  • For ACH Entries originating from Bask Bank through your linked external account, funds will be made available no later than five (5) Business Days after the Settlement Date of such items.

  • The Customer will deliver each same day ACH Entry (refer below for the definition of a “Qualifying Entry” for same day ACH) or file of same day ACH Entries to Bank no later than 12 p.m. Central Standard Time on the settlement date or in a schedule mutually agreed upon by Customer and Bank incorporated herein.

  • Such transfers shall contain ACH Entries effective for that Business Day only.

  • With this additional security feature, one Authorized User is permitted to create, edit, cancel, delete and restore certain transactions including but not limited to ACH Entries or files or wire transfer requests with his/her User ID, password, one-time password and Token; a second different Authorized User with his/her User ID, password, one-time password and Token is required to approve, release or delete the transaction request.

  • In view of this, on 8.12.03 the Commission adopted a proposal for a Decision of the European Parliament and of the Council to close JEV25.

  • Bank will allow incoming ACH Entries that match Customer’s authorizations to post to Customer’s Account.

ACH Entries has the meaning set forth in Section 4.3(a). “ACH Entries Cut-Off Date” has the meaning set forth in Section 4.3(a). “Adjusted Payment Amount” means (x) the aggregate balance (including Accrued Interest) of the Deposits assumed by Purchaser pursuant to Section 2.2, minus (y) the Purchase Price, each as set forth on the Final Closing Statement. “Affiliate” means, with respect to any Person, any other Person directly or indirectly controlling, controlled by or under common control with such Person. For this purpose, the term “control” (including the terms “controlling,” “controlled by,” and “under common control with”) means the possession, direct or indirect, of the power to direct or cause the direction of the management and policies of a person, whether through the ownership of voting securities, by contract, or otherwise. “Agreement” means this Purchase and Assumption Agreement, including all schedules, exhibits and addenda, each as amended from time to time in accordance with Section 12.9(b).

ACH Entries means transactions on the ACH network.
ACH Entries shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.2(a).

Related to ACH Entries

  • Interim Accounts means the unaudited consolidated quarterly financial statements of the Issuer for the quarterly period ending on each 31 March, 30 June, 30 September and 31 December in each year, prepared in accordance with GAAP.

  • Sub-Accounts means the respective Sub-Accounts of the Escrow Account, into which the monies specified in Clause 4.1 would be credited every month and paid out if due, and if not due in a month then appropriated proportionately in such month and retained in the respective Sub Accounts and paid out therefrom on the Payment Date(s).

  • Completion Accounts has the meaning given in Paragraph 4.1, 4.2(A) or 4.2(B) (as applicable) of Part A of Schedule 8 (Completion Accounts);

  • Management Accounts means unaudited accounts which shall incorporate a profit and loss statement, cash flow statement and balance sheet.

  • Audited Accounts means the report and audited accounts of the Company and of any Group Company and the audited consolidated accounts of the Group (if any) for the relevant Financial Year;

  • Excluded Deposit Accounts means, collectively, (i) payroll and payroll taxes accounts, workers’ compensation accounts and other employee wage and benefit payment accounts and xxxxx cash accounts, (ii) trust accounts and (iii) deposit accounts other than Collection Accounts and Collateral Deposit Accounts (as each such term is defined in the Revolving Credit Agreement), so long as the aggregate amount on deposit in all such deposit accounts does not exceed $2,500,000 in the aggregate at any time.

  • Project Accounts means the accounts referred to in Section 3.03 (a) of this Agreement;

  • Disbursement Accounts has the meaning ascribed to it in Annex C.

  • Concentration Accounts has the meaning ascribed to it in Annex C.

  • Locked Box Accounts means the unaudited, aggregated balance sheet of the Group as at the Locked Box Date, in the agreed form;

  • Lockbox Accounts means the accounts maintained by Borrower at the Lockbox Banks into which all collections or payments on their Accounts and other Collateral are paid.

  • Excluded Accounts means any Xxxxx Cash Account and any other deposit account used for (a) funding payroll or segregating payroll taxes or funding other employee wage or benefit payments, (b) segregating 401(k) contributions or contributions to an employee stock purchase plan or (c) funding other employee health and benefit plans.

  • Lock Boxes has the meaning ascribed to it in Annex C.

  • Operating Accounts shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 4.03.A.

  • Accounts means all presently existing and hereafter arising accounts, contract rights, payment intangibles and all other forms of obligations owing to Borrower arising out of the sale or lease of goods (including, without limitation, the licensing of software and other technology) or the rendering of services by Borrower and any and all credit insurance, guaranties, and other security therefor, as well as all merchandise returned to or reclaimed by Borrower and Borrower’s Books relating to any of the foregoing.

  • Deposit Accounts means all “deposit accounts” as such term is defined in the UCC, now or hereafter held in the name of a Debtor.

  • Agency Account(s means any deposit account opened on the books of a Subcustodian or other banking institution in accordance with Section 7.1 hereof.

  • Latest Accounts means, in respect of any financial quarter or year of the Group, the latest unaudited (in respect of each financial quarter) or audited (in respect of each financial year) financial statements required to be prepared pursuant to clause 8.1.6;

  • ACH Transactions means any cash management or related services including the automatic clearing house transfer of funds by the Bank for the account of any Borrower pursuant to agreement or overdrafts.

  • Control Account means a Securities Account or Commodities Account that is the subject of an effective Securities Account Control Agreement and that is maintained by any Loan Party with an Approved Securities Intermediary. “Control Account” includes all Financial Assets held in a Securities Account or a Commodities Account and all certificates and instruments, if any, representing or evidencing the Financial Assets contained therein.

  • Collateral Accounts means any and all accounts established and maintained by the Pledgee in the name of any Pledgor to which Collateral may be credited.

  • Client Accounts means accounts of Clients (i) that are Controlled by an Access Person and (ii) in which no Access Person has a substantial proportionate economic interest; provided that, the Client pays a management, advisory or any other similar arms-length fee to the Access Person and the beneficiary of the Client Account is not an Immediate Family member of an Access Person.

  • Collection Accounts As defined in Section 3.10(a).

  • Lock-Box Account With respect to any Mortgaged Property, if applicable, any account created pursuant to any documents relating to a Mortgage Loan or Serviced Loan Combination to receive rental or other income generated by the Mortgaged Property. Any Lock-Box Account shall be beneficially owned for federal income tax purposes by the Person who is entitled to receive the reinvestment income or gain thereon in accordance with the terms and provisions of the related Mortgage Loan or Serviced Loan Combination and Section 3.07 of this Agreement, which Person shall be taxed on all reinvestment income or gain thereon.

  • Approved Deposit Account means a Deposit Account maintained by any Loan Party that is the subject of an effective Deposit Account Control Agreement. “Approved Deposit Account” includes all monies on deposit in a Deposit Account and all certificates and instruments, if any, representing or evidencing such Deposit Account.
