ACH Agreement definition

ACH Agreement has the meaning set forth in the Servicing Agreement.
ACH Agreement means an authorization agreement executed by an Obligor in favor of XxXxxx relating to the Obligor’s business banking account, providing for the direct debit of payments on a Loan pursuant to XxXxxx’x automatic payment plan and the direct deposit of disbursements into the Lockbox Account.
ACH Agreement means Bank’s form of ACH Origination Agreement.

  • In the event there are not sufficient Available, Collected Funds in the Authorized Account to cover Company’s obligations under this ACH Agreement, Company agrees that Bank may Debit any account maintained by Company with Bank or any affiliate of Bank or that Bank may set off against any amount it owes to Company, in order to obtain payment of Company’s obligations under this ACH Agreement.

  • Bank may, without prior notice or demand, obtain payment of any amount due and payable to it under this ACH Agreement by debiting the Authorized Account(s) of Company identified in any Exhibits, and Bank shall Credit/Debit the Authorized Account for any amount received by Bank by reason of the return of an Entry transmitted by Bank for which Bank has previously received payment from Company/provided funds to the Company.

ACH Agreement shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 6.6.

Reg. 36,070 (May 22, 2002), as amended; “Canadian Dollars” and “CDN” means the lawful currency of Canada; “covered entries” has the meaning attributed to that tem in the Softwood Lumber Agreement; “Dispute Rights” has the meaning attributed to that term in Section 3.03(a) hereof; “Escrow Agent” means the U.S. financial institution designated by the Seller that has entered into the Escrow Agreement with the Seller to receive and disburse the Purchased Refund to EDC; “Escrow Agreement” means the agreement entered into between the Seller, EDC and the Escrow Agent, to receive and disburse the Purchased Refund to EDC, substantially in the form attached as Schedule “D”;
ACH Agreement means an authorization agreement executed by an Obligor in favor of OnDeck relating to the Obligor’s business banking account, providing for the direct debit of payments on a Loan pursuant to OnDeck’s automatic payment plan and the direct deposit of disbursements into the Lockbox Account.
