  • Subscriber shall deliver a signed copy of this Subscription Agreement (which may be executed and delivered electronically), along with payment for the aggregate purchase price of the Securities by Check, ACH electronic transfer or wire transfer to an account designated by the Company, or by any combination of such methods.
