Accused definition

Accused means a person accused of a violation who has not yet entered an Institution’s judicial or conduct process.
Accused means an employee or employer of an organization against whom complaint has been made under this Act;
Accused means a person who has been arrested for committing a criminal offense and who is held for an initial appearance or other proceeding before trial.

Examples of Accused in a sentence

  • The other terms and conditions of this Agreement shall not apply to such employment, except Article E.26, Falsely Accused Teacher Assistance.

  • If after the exercise of such Good Faith Cure Efforts, the Accused shall be unable to cure the breach within 60 days from the Breach Notice, the Accuser shall, in good faith, extend the time in which to cure the breach, upon request of the Accused.
