Examples of Accrued Compensation in a sentence
Upon the termination of Executive’s employment by Executive without Good Reason, Executive shall be entitled to receive only the Accrued Compensation.
Upon the termination of Executive’s employment by the Company for Cause pursuant to Section 4.3, Executive shall be entitled to receive only the Accrued Compensation.
Upon the termination of Executive’s employment due to Executive’s death or Disability pursuant to Section 4.1 and Section 4.2 respectively, Executive or Executive’s legal representatives shall be entitled to receive only the Accrued Compensation.
If Company or an Affiliate terminates Executive’s Employment for Cause or if Executive terminates such Employment for any reason (other than death), then Executive shall be entitled to receive any Accrued Compensation, subject to set off for amounts owed by Executive to Company or an Affiliate, and nothing more.
