Accrual Fraction definition

Accrual Fraction or "AF" means, in respect of the relevant RR and each coupon payment date and the relevant period corresponding to such coupon payment date, an amount equal to (i) the number of [business days] during such period on which the Accrual Condition is satisfied divided by (ii) the total number of [business days] in such period;
