Accrediting authority means the of- ficial accrediting authority for the Oregon environmental laboratory accreditation pro- gram comprised of the Director of the Ore- gon Health Authority or designee, the Director of the Department of Environmental Quality or designee and the Director of Ag- riculture or designee.
