Accounts Receivable Collateral definition

Accounts Receivable Collateral means all rights of the Borrower and the Guarantors to payment for goods sold or leased, or to be sold or to be leased, or for services rendered or to be rendered, howsoever evidenced or incurred, including, without limitation, all accounts, instruments, chattel paper and general intangibles, all returned or repossessed goods and all books, records, computer tapes, programs and ledger books arising therefrom or relating thereto, whether now owned or hereafter acquired or arising.
Accounts Receivable Collateral means all obligations of every kind at any time owing to Borrower or any Guarantor howsoever evidenced or incurred, whether or not earned by performance, including, without limitation, all accounts, instruments, notes, drafts, acceptances, leases, open accounts, contract rights, chattel paper (whether tangible or electronic) and general intangibles, all returned or repossessed goods and all books, records, computer tapes, programs and ledger books arising therefrom or relating thereto, whether now owned or hereafter acquired or arising and all proceeds of the foregoing.
Accounts Receivable Collateral means and include all accounts, accounts receivable, contract rights, instruments, chattel paper and general intangibles in the nature of payment obligations owing to each Obligor, including, without limitation, all rights of each Obligor to payment for goods sold or leased, or to be sold or to be leased, or for services rendered or to be rendered, howsoever evidenced or incurred, together with all returned or repossessed goods and all books, records, computer tapes, programs and ledger books arising therefrom or relating thereto, all whether now owned or hereafter acquired and howsoever arising.

  • Borrower has full right, power and authority to make this assignment of the Accounts Receivable Collateral and hereafter will not pledge, hypothecate, grant a security interest in, sell, assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of the Accounts Receivable Collateral, or any interest therein.

Accounts Receivable Collateral means and include all accounts, instruments, and chattel paper, including, without limitation, all rights of each Debtor to payment for goods sold or leased, or to be sold or to be leased, or for services rendered or to be rendered, howsoever evidenced or incurred, and together with all returned or repossessed goods and all books, records, computer tapes, programs and ledger books arising therefrom or relating thereto, all whether now owned or hereafter acquired or arising; provided that the term "Accounts Receivable Collateral" shall not include Factored Accounts.
Accounts Receivable Collateral means all of Borrower's Gross Patients Accounts Receivable and other personal property utilized in the Facilities or in connection with the operation thereof, tangible or intangible, whether now or hereafter acquired, and all proceeds and products thereof, together with all documents, contracts, guarantees, books and records, processing cards, tapes, tabulating runs, programs and similar material related thereto.

Accounts Receivable Collateral means all Accounts Receivable (whether or not Eligible Accounts Receivable), Contract Rights and documents of title of the Company; all chattel paper and instruments evidencing any obligation to the Company for payment for goods sold or leased or for services rendered; all guaranties and other property securing the payment of or performance under, any Accounts Receivable, Contract Rights or any such chattel paper or instruments; to the extent related to the property herein described, all books, correspondence, credit files, records, invoices and other papers and documents, including, without limitation, to the extent so related, all tapes, cards, computer runs, computer programs and other papers and documents in the possession or control of the Company or any computer bureau from time to time acting for the Company; and, to the extent so related, all rights in, to and under all policies of insurance, including claims of rights to payments thereunder and proceeds therefrom, including any credit insurance; and all proceeds and products of any of the foregoing."
Accounts Receivable Collateral means (i) all of the Accounts Receivable of each of the Subsidiary Guarantors, other than Ocal, Inc., and (ii) all of the Reconveyed Assets.
