Account Structure definition

Account Structure means all Accounts registered in the Clearing System in the name of one Clearing Participant;
Account Structure. Each member must maintain the minimum balance required in a share/savings account to establish membership. Under the share account, other types of accounts, or subaccounts, may be opened. Examples of other types of accounts available are share draft/checking, club accounts (Christmas, Tax, All Purpose), IRA, share certificates, CSAs (tiered rate accounts), and HSA. The share account and subaccounts may each have individual or joint ownership or beneficiaries. Account Ownership: You can structure the ownership of your account(s) in a variety of ways. Rights and obligations relating to the account will depend on the type of ownership of the account.
Account Structure. The Bank may structure the account to consist of two sub-accounts to take advantage of an interpretation of federal regulations. The sub-accounts, a checking account, and money market account, will be used to allow for the transfer of funds between the accounts. This structure will occur solely on our books and will not be visible to you, nor will it affect your account in any way. Also, this will not affect the FDIC coverage of your account.

Account Structure means the hierarchical arrangement of all accounts that are party to the agreement, as set out in Schedule 1, and the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms of this Agreement;

  • Account Schedule means a computer file or microfiche list containing a true and complete list of Accounts, identified by account number, and setting forth, with respect to each Account, the aggregate amount outstanding in such Account (a) on the Initial Cut-Off Date (for the Account Schedule delivered on the Closing Date) and (b) on the applicable Addition Cut-Off Date (for any Account Schedule relating to Additional Accounts).

  • Account Statement means a periodic statement of the transactions credited or debited to an Account;

  • Customer account service means metering, billing, or such

  • Account Information means any information relating to the Account including without limitation to the Account number, Account balance or value, gross receipts, withdrawals and payments to or from the Account.

  • Reserve Account Surplus means, as of any Transfer Date following the Reserve Account Funding Date, the amount, if any, by which the amount on deposit in the Reserve Account exceeds the Required Reserve Account Amount.

  • Customer Account Information means personally identifiable information including Personal Data and Consumption Data. Customer Account Information also includes information received by the Company from the customer for purposes of participating in regulated utility programs, including, but not limited to bill pay assistance, shutoff protection, renewable energy, demand-side management, load management, or energy efficiency.

  • Locational UCAP means unforced capacity that a Member with available uncommitted capacity sells in a bilateral transaction to a Member that previously committed capacity through an RPM Auction but now requires replacement capacity to fulfill its RPM Auction commitment. The Locational UCAP Seller retains responsibility for performance of the resource providing such replacement capacity.

  • Account Name means the name of the individual who lives with the child(ren) and who applies for the Children’s Health Insurance Program coverage on behalf of the child(ren).

  • Account Data means: any business contact information provided with the Account; RingCentral-generated logs of calling or other metadata developed or collected in the provision of the Services; configuration data; and records of Digital Lines and any Services purchased under this Agreement.

  • Collateral Tax Event means at any time, as a result of the introduction of a new, or any change in, any home jurisdiction or foreign tax statute, treaty, regulation, rule, ruling, practice, procedure or judicial decision or interpretation (whether proposed, temporary or final), interest payments due from the Obligors of any Collateral Debt Obligations in relation to any Due Period becoming properly subject to the imposition of home jurisdiction or foreign withholding tax (other than where such withholding tax is compensated for by a “gross-up” provision in the terms of the Collateral Debt Obligation or such requirement to withhold is eliminated pursuant to a double taxation treaty so that the Issuer as holder thereof is held completely harmless from the full amount of such withholding tax on an after-tax basis) so that the aggregate amount of such withholding tax on all Collateral Debt Obligations in relation to such Due Period is equal to or in excess of 6% of the aggregate interest payments due (for the avoidance of doubt, excluding any additional interest arising as a result of the operation of any gross-up provision) on all Collateral Debt Obligations in relation to such Due Period.

  • Dormant Account means the Customer’s trading account in which there have been no trades for a period of more than 60 Calendar days.

  • Concentration Accounts has the meaning ascribed to it in Annex C.

  • Account Documentation means any and all Account information, credit applications, Cardholder Agreements and change in terms notices, Charge Transaction Data, charge slips, credit slips, payments, credit information and documents or forms of any type and in any media relating to the Program, excluding materials used for advertising or solicitations.

  • Distribution Account Deposit Date As to any Distribution Date, 12:30 p.m. Pacific time on the Business Day immediately preceding such Distribution Date.
