Account Property definition

Account Property means, with respect to each Account, such Account, together with all cash, securities, financial assets and investments and other property from time to time deposited or credited to such Account and all proceeds thereof, including, with respect to the (i) Reserve Fund, the Reserve Fund Initial Deposit and (ii) Yield Supplement Account, the Yield Supplement Account Deposit.
Account Property. All amounts and investments held from time to time in a Securities Account (whether in the form of deposit accounts, physical property, book-entry securities, uncertificated securities, securities entitlements, investment property or otherwise), and all proceeds of the foregoing.
Account Property means the Accounts and all proceeds of the Accounts, including, without limitation, all amounts and investments held from time to time in any Account (whether in the form of deposit accounts, book-entry securities, uncertificated securities, security entitlements (as defined in Section 8-102(a)(17) of the UCC as enacted in the State of New York), financial assets (as defined in Section 8-102(a)(9) of the UCC), or any other investment property (as defined in Section 9-102(a)(49) of the UCC).

  • Pursuant to the Indenture, the Trust will pledge all of its right, title and interest in, to and under the Reserve Account and the Reserve Account Property to the Indenture Trustee on behalf of the Noteholders to secure its obligations under the Notes and the Indenture.
