Account Opening Forms definition

Account Opening Forms means the application forms and/or supporting documentation supplied by you to us (in paper or electronic form) to open your Account with us.
Account Opening Forms means such account opening application form and customer information forms as may be prescribed by the Company from time to time for the Customer to open the Account.

  • Billing Account is the checking account from which all Service fees will be automatically debited.

  • Client Account means the unique personalized account of the Client consisting of all Completed Transactions, Open Positions and Orders on the Platform, the Balance of the Client money and deposit/withdrawal transactions of the Client money.   • Project Implementation Unit or “PIU” means the unit referred to in Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
