Account Alerts definition

Account Alerts means the Text Alerts Service and the Email Alerts Service.
Account Alerts provide you with notification of important account activities or when certain changes are made to your Service accounts, such as scheduled payments made, scheduled payments cancelled and mobile deposits. Account Alerts and Additional Alerts must be managed and/or added online through the Service. You cannot maintain all Alerts though your mobile device. We may add new Alerts from time to time, or cancel old Alerts. We usually notify you when we cancel Alerts, but are not obligated to do so. Franklin Savings Bank reserves the right to terminate its Alerts service at any time without prior notice to you. Methods of Delivery- We may provide Alerts through one or more channels (“EndPoints”): (a) a mobile device, by text message, (b) a mobile device, by push notification; (c) an email account, by an e-mail message; or (d) your Franklin Savings Bank Online Banking message in-box, by an e-mail message. You agree to receive Alerts through these EndPoints, and it is your responsibility to determine that each of the service providers for the EndPoints described in (a) through (c) above supports the email, push notification, and text message Alerts provided through the Alerts service. Please be advised that text or data charges or rates may be imposed by your EndPoint service provider. Alert frequency varies by account and preferences. You agree to provide us a valid mobile phone number or email address so that we may send you Alerts. If your email address or your mobile device's number changes, you are responsible for informing us of that change. Your Alerts will be updated to reflect the changes that you communicate to us with regard to your primary and secondary email addresses or mobile device number. Alerts via Text Message- To stop Alerts via text message, text "STOP" to 99588at anytime. Alerts sent to your primary email address will be unaffected by this action. To restore Alerts on your mobile phone, just visit the Alerts tab in Franklin Savings Bank Online Banking and click the box next to your mobile number for the Alerts you'd like to receive again. Account Alerts means SMS Alerts that you set up within Internet Banking to notify you of activity occurring on your Nominated Account(s). These alerts can be customised to your requirements.

  • Billing Account is the checking account from which all Service fees will be automatically debited.

  • Concentration Accounts has the meaning ascribed to it in Annex C.

  • Concentration Account has the meaning provided in Section 6.13(c).

  • Running Account Bill means a bill for the payment of "On Account" money to the Contractor during the progress of work on the basis of work done and the supply of non-perishable materials to be incorporated in the work.

  • Client Account means the unique personalized account of the Client consisting of all Completed Transactions, Open Positions and Orders on the Platform, the Balance of the Client money and deposit/withdrawal transactions of the Client money. It is understood that the Company may use the term Trading Account or Account on its Website or communications, which shall mean your Client Account.

  • In-Service Account means a separate account to be kept for each Participant that has elected to take in-service distributions as described in Section 5.4. The In-Service Account shall be adjusted in the same manner and at the same time as the Deferred Compensation Account under Section 8 and in accordance with the rules and elections in effect under Section 8.

  • Collection Accounts As defined in Section 3.10(a).

  • Settlement Account means an account established at a financial institution designated by Merchant as the account to be credited and debited by the Servicers for Transactions, Card Fees, Chargebacks and other amount assessed by a Card Association and passed- through to Merchant pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

  • Credit Card Account means the Account of the Cardmember opened with Maybank for the purpose of this Agreement;

  • Collection Account Agreement means an agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit VI among Originator, Seller, the Agent and a Collection Bank.

  • Reserve Account Amount means, for any Distribution Date, the amount on deposit in and available for withdrawal from the Reserve Account on such Distribution Date (after giving effect to all deposits to and withdrawals from the Reserve Account on the preceding Distribution Date, or, in the case of the initial Distribution Date, the Closing Date), including all interest and other income (net of losses and investment expenses) earned on such amount during the preceding Collection Period.

  • Card Account means the account maintained with the Bank in respect of the Card;

  • JetBrains Account or “JBA” means an account at xxxxx://xxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx created by Customer, having a unique name and password, and through which Customer has access to Products in accordance with a Toolbox Subscription.

  • Operating Account means a demand deposit account maintained at the Funding Bank in Borrower's name and designated for funding that portion of each Eligible Loan not funded by a Warehousing Advance made against that Eligible Loan and for returning any excess payment from an Investor for a Pledged Loan or Pledged Security.

  • Client Accounts means accounts of Clients (i) that are Controlled by an Access Person and (ii) in which no Access Person has a substantial proportionate economic interest; provided that, the Client pays a management, advisory or any other similar arms-length fee to the Access Person and the beneficiary of the Client Account is not an Immediate Family member of an Access Person.

  • Energy Accounts means the regional energy accounts/state energy accounts as specified in the Grid Code issued by the appropriate agency for each Month (as per their prescribed methodology), including the revisions and amendments thereof;

  • Agency Account means any deposit account opened on the books of a Subcustodian or other banking institution in accordance with Section 7.1.
