A request for a medical, FMLA or disability-related LEAVE OF ABSENCE without pay of more than three (3) days must be submitted to the Leave and Accommodation Management (▇▇▇) Office who will provide a leave designation within five (5) days of receipt of appropriate documentation justifying the need for the leave.
For avoidance of doubt, the School is not responsible for any damage caused to the Accommodation by the Student.
