This language supersedes all previous agreements and prospectively constitutes the entire agreement relative to the Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance Plan.
It is agreed that for the term of the labor agreement the Company will provide Basic Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance in the amount of two times the employee’s annual base wage (maximum of $60,000) at no cost to the employee for all full-time regular employees.
Benefits presently offered by the District through the SEBB include but are not limited to: • Basic Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment insurance (AD&D) • Basic Long-term Disability • Vision • Dental including orthodontia; and • Medical Employees are eligible to participate in the SEBB-offered Medical Flexible Spending Arrangement (FSA) and Dependent Care Assistance Program (DCAP).
The Company shall provide coverage for Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) in the amount of l.5x annual salary, max $20K, and pay the full cost of such coverage.
B.5.7.1 The Board shall pay 100% of the premium for an Accidental Death and Disability Plan for all full time employees.
