Accessory Dwelling Units and Townhouse Units are permitted in Filings 1, 2, 3 and 4.
An owner may rent all or a portion of their Family Residence and Accessory Dwelling Unit, however, the Family Residence and the Accessory Dwelling Unit may not be used for Short- Term Rental simultaneously.
One Accessory Dwelling Unit shall be permitted only for residential Lots containing a Single-Family Residence.
