Accession Undertaking definition

Accession Undertaking means a Deed of Accession;
Accession Undertaking means an accession undertaking in substantially the form set out in Schedule 7 (Form of Accession Undertaking).
Accession Undertaking means a document substantially in the form set out in Schedule 1 of the Agency Agreement

  • If Funding enters into a New Intercompany Loan Agreement, then the Servicer, the Seller, Funding, the Security Trustee and the Mortgages Trustee shall execute such documents and take such action as may be necessary or required by the Rating Agencies for the purpose of including the New Issuer, any New Funding Swap Provider, any New Start-up Loan Provider and any other person who has executed an Accession Undertaking or any New Intercompany Loan Agreement in the Transaction Documents.

  • If Funding enters into any New Intercompany Loan Agreements after the date hereof, then the Parties hereto shall execute such documents and take such action as may be necessary or required by the Rating Agencies for the purpose of including the New Issuer, any New Funding Swap Provider, any New Start-Up Loan Provider or any other person who has executed an Accession Undertaking or any New Term Advance in the Transaction Documents.
