Accession Document definition

Accession Document means an agreement substantially in the form set out in schedule 7 under which a Group Company becomes a Guarantor and/or a Borrower and becomes a party to the Intercreditor Deed;
Accession Document means an agreement substantially in the form set out in Schedule 7 pursuant to which a member of the Group becomes a Borrower and/or a Guarantor;
Accession Document means a deed of accession substantially in the form set out in Schedule 4 to the Security Deed (Form of Deed of Accession) (or such other form as the Trustee may approve).

More Definitions of Accession Document

Accession Document means an agreement substantially in the form of Schedule I pursuant to which a Principal Member of the Group becomes a Guarantor. "ACCOUNTING PERIOD" in relation to any person means any period of approximately three months (ending on the last day in March, June, September and December of each year) or one year ending on the last day in December for which Accounts of such person are required to be delivered pursuant to this Agreement.
