Accessibility Standard means a rule that persons and organizations must follow to identify, remove and prevent barriers to accessibility.

Accessibility Standard has the meaning given to that term in clause 6.3(a)(i).

Accessibility Standard. - means the Ontario Regulation 429/07 created under The Accessibility for Ontario with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA) which provides for standards to enhance the accessibility of an organization (“the Standard”).
