Access Sum definition

Access Sum is the amount set out in paragraph 1 of Schedule 5;
Access Sum means in relation to a Service, the sum payable in respect of that Service using the Metro Shared Network, which shall be , representing the average charges payable in respect of services using that part of the track (which, from the Transfer Date, is comprised in the Metro Shared Network) in the Financial Year immediately preceding the date of this contract, calculated on the basis set out in Appendix 1 to Schedule 7 (using an Assumed Train Consist) and as such charge may be varied in accordance with paragraph 3;

Examples of Access Sum in a sentence

  • ABP shall produce and send to the Train Operator and to XXX a conformed copy of this contract within 28 days of the making of any amendment or modification to it (not including amendments to the Access Sum and the Ancillary Charges in accordance with Clause 9.2).

  • On or before 1 December in each contract year, ABP shall give notice that either it wishes to revise the Access Sum and the Ancillary Charges, or that no such revision is required.

  • Provision of the Facility Services is included in the Access Sum set out in paragraph 1 of Schedule 5.

  • The Initial Assumed Train Consist is used to calculate the Access Sum using Network Rail’s track usage price list and rates, which, as at the date of this Contract, uses 2022/23 values as set out in paragraph 2.

  • On or before 1 December in each Contract Year (t), ABP shall give notice that it wishes to revise the Access Sum through the application of the prior year adjustment factor.

  • As at the date of this contract, the Access Sum has been calculated on the basis of an initial assumed train consist comprising of the following Specified Equipment: a Class 60 locomotive hauling thirty (30) TEA wagons conveying petroleum products (comprised of: ten (10) TEAK wagons, ten (10) TEAL wagons and ten (10) TEAP wagons) (the "Initial Assumed Train Consist", as may be updated in accordance with this Schedule 7 (the current assumed train consist being the "Assumed Train Consist")).

  • The Access Sum is £100 per Service, and includes provision of the Facility Services identified in paragraph 6 of Schedule 2.

  • On or before 1 December in each Contract Year, DB Cargo shall give notice that either it wishes to review the Access Sum and the Ancillary Charges, or that no such review is required.

  • If the parties fail to agree Access Sum and Ancillary Charges figure(s) for the relevant year t+1 within 28 days of a notice being given in accordance with Clause 9.2.4 above, either party shall be entitled to refer the determination of the Access Sum and Ancillary Charges either to arbitration in accordance with the Access Dispute Resolution Rules or to ORR for determination.

  • DB Cargo shall produce and send to [ BShort ] and to XXX a conformed copy of this contract within 28 days of the making of any amendment or modification to it (not including amendments to the Access Sum and the Ancillary Charges in accordance with Clause 9.2).

Related to Access Sum

  • Access line means and be limited to retail billed and collected residential lines; business lines; ISDN lines; PBX trunks and simulated exchange access lines provided by a central office based switching arrangement where all stations served by such simulated exchange access lines are used by a single customer of the provider of such arrangement. Access line may not be construed to include interoffice transport or other transmission media that do not terminate at an end user customer's premises, or to permit duplicate or multiple assessment of access line rates on the provision of a single service or on the multiple communications paths derived from a billed and collected access line. Access line shall not include the following: Wireless telecommunications services, the sale or lease of unbundled loop facilities, special access services, lines providing only data services without voice services processed by a telecommunications local exchange service provider or private line service arrangements.

  • Access Seeker means an Operator who:

  • Access Card means an ATM card, debit card or credit card and includes our Visa Card

  • Access Charges means the sum payable under the Access Agreement and/or this RAO agreed by the Operators to be paid by the Access Seeker to the Access Provider for providing the Access Service, the indicative Access Charges are as per Appendix C hereof which rate is exclusive of GST which shall be payable also by the Access Seeker.

  • Access Charge has the meaning set out in Clause 6.1;

  • Access Data means the Client’s access codes, any login code, password(s), his/her Trading Account number and any information required to make Orders with the Company.

  • Access control means a system for allowing only approved individuals to have unescorted access to the security zone and for ensuring that all other individuals are subject to escorted access.

  • Conditional Access System means any technical measure and/or arrangement whereby access to a protected radio or television broadcasting service in intelligible form is made conditional upon subscription or other form of prior individual authorisation;

  • Carrier Access Billing System (“CABS”) is the system which is defined in a document prepared under the direction of the Billing Committee of the OBF. The CABS document is published by Telcordia in Volumes 1, 1A, 2, 3, 3A, 4 and 5 as Special Reports SR-OPT-001868, SR-OPT-0011869, SR-OPT-001871, SR-OPT- 001872, SR-OPT-001873, SR-OPT-001874, and SR-OPT-001875, respectively, and contains the recommended guidelines for the billing of access and other connectivity services. Sprint’s carrier access billing system is its Carrier Access Support System (CASS). CASS mirrors the requirements of CABS.

  • Access Point means a provider, public or private institution, advocacy organization, legal representative, or educational institution with staff trained to complete applications and guide individuals with a disability to needed services.

  • Broadband Internet access service means a mass-market retail service by wire or radio that provides the capability to transmit data to and receive data from all or substantially all Internet endpoints, including any capabilities that are incidental to and enable the operation of the communications service, but excluding dial-up Internet access service. This term also encompasses any service that the State finds to be providing a functional equivalent of the service described in the previous sentence, or that is used to evade the protections set forth in this section.

  • Access Service means access to a local exchange network for the purpose of enabling a provider to originate or terminate telecommunication services within the local exchange. Except for end-user common line services, access service does not include access service to a person who is not a provider.

  • Data Subject Access Request means a request made by, or on behalf of, a Data Subject in accordance with rights granted pursuant to the Data Protection Legislation to access their Personal Data;

  • Access Services refers to interstate and intrastate switched access and private line transport services.

  • Access Rights means licences and user rights to foreground or background;

  • Customer Premises Equipment or "CPE" means equipment employed on the premises of a Person other than a Carrier to originate, route or terminate Telecommunications (e.g., a telephone, PBX, modem pool, etc.).

  • Access Road means a road that leads from a Provincial Trunk Highway, Provincial Road, or a municipal road;

  • Access Channel means any Channel, or portion thereof, designated for Access purposes or otherwise made available to facilitate or transmit Access programming or services.

  • Installation Site means the site at which the Product is originally installed.

  • Facility Site shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals to the Facility Site Lease.

  • Open Access Customer means a consumer permitted by the Commission to receive supply of electricity from a person, other than Distribution Licensee of his area of supply, and the expression includes a generating company and a Licensee, who has availed of or intends to avail of open access;

  • Access Credentials means any username, identification number, password, license or security key, security token, PIN or other security code, method, technology or device used, alone or in combination, to verify an individual’s identity and authorization to access and use Hosted Services.

  • Customer Interconnection Facilities means all facilities and equipment owned and/or controlled, operated and maintained by Interconnection Customer on Interconnection Customer’s side of the Point of Interconnection identified in the appropriate appendices to the Interconnection Service Agreement and to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, including any modifications, additions, or upgrades made to such facilities and equipment, that are necessary to physically and electrically interconnect the Customer Facility with the Transmission System.

  • Contractor information system means an information system belonging to, or operated by or for, the Contractor.

  • Receiving facility means a structure that is designed to receive septage waste for treatment at a wastewater treatment plant or at a research, development, and demonstration project authorized under section 11511b to which the structure is directly connected, and that is available for that purpose as provided for in an ordinance of the local unit of government where the structure is located or in an operating plan. Receiving facility does not include either of the following:

  • internet access service means a publicly available electronic communications service that provides access to the internet, and thereby connectivity to virtually all end points of the internet, irrespective of the network technology and terminal equipment used.
