Access Software definition

Access Software means programs, applications or object code obtained from Uila and installed in the Customer’s environment, including Updates and Upgrades and for the purposes of facilitating the delivery or functionality of the Services or On-Premises Software.
Access Software means any software in object code form that is supplied by NetDocuments in conjunction with the Services and that installs and runs on Customer Systems, for example, ndOffice or mobile applications. NetDocuments’ support policy for Access Software is posted on the NetDocuments support site.
Access Software means software, whether developed by Subscriber or from a third party vendor, including web browsers that Subscriber uses to process or access Data obtained from BIB.

  • You agree to follow all rules and policies applicable to the Services, including required or automated updates, modifications and/or reinstallations of Access Software or other software and obtaining available patches to address security, interoperability and/or performance issues.

  • Client shall assist Marco’s Project Manager in the installation of the Remote Access Software as requested, including the loading of the agent to the domain server, identifying the locations of servers and personal computers that will receive the agent, and confirming that all such equipment has a monitoring agent installed.

  • You agree to cooperate with Us in testing and providing feedback in relation to the Early Access Software.

  • Marco will provide Client with a list of all personal computers and servers on which Marco has loaded Remote Access Software (defined below) (“Designated Equipment,” or “Asset Summary”).

  • This Document remains valid until superseded by a revised Standard published by Access Software Australia Pty Limited.


More Definitions of Access Software

Access Software means the Artstor software and other electronic tools usedby Licensee and its Authorized Users to access, use, reproduce, publicly display and perform, and distribute Artstor Content and Local Content in accordance with the terms of this Licence.“Artstor Content”means images, videos, audio files, cataloging and other texts, graphics, and all other materials incorporated into the Artstor Digital Library by Artstor. Artstor Content doesnot include Local Content.
Access Software means standard software components or modules of the Software that are owned by Us and made available under this Agreement and specified in the applicable Statement of Work;
Access Software means the Third Party software (*) or other software developed by DynaMark that DynaMark provides to Customer for use by Customer to access data in the Chase Database maintained at DynaMark. The term "access" refers to Customer extracting, viewing or displaying data which resides in the Chase Database in such a way that supports data analysis and/or selection of marketing populations, but which will not be deemed to result in Customer's having received any consumer credit report or any identifying information on individual consumers contained in any consumer credit report.
