Access Options. You may withdrawal or transfer funds from your account in any manner we permit (e.g. in person, by mail, automatic transfer, or telephone). We have the right to review and approve any form of power of attorney and may restrict account withdrawals or transfers. We are under no obligation to honor any power of attorney. ns ACH: You agree that if you receive funds by ACH, we are not required to notify you at the time the funds are received. Instead, the transfer will be shown on your periodic statement. Transaction Limitatio Withdrawal Restrictions: We permit withdrawals only if your account has sufficient available funds. Drafts or other transfer or payment orders which are drawn against insufficient funds may be subject to a service charge set forth in the Rate and Fee Schedule. We may refuse a withdrawal if: (1) a dispute between account owners; (2) a legal garnishment or attachment is served; (3) the account secures any obligation to us; (4) required documentation has not been submitted; or (5) you fail to repay the Credit Union on time. Maximum amount of withdrawal is based on the amount of cash the credit union has on hand at any given time. Small credit unions do not carry large amounts of cash as a matter of routine, not an indicator of distress. For large withdrawals, contact the credit union for availability.

Related to Access Options

  • Rights or Options means warrants, options or other rights to purchase or acquire shares of Common Stock or Convertible Securities.

  • Vested Options means the Options that have vested in accordance with Section 2.2 of this Agreement.

  • Option Exercise Period has the meaning set forth in Section 5.3(c).

  • 3(i) Option means an Option granted pursuant to Section 3(i) of the Ordinance to any person who is Non- Employee.

  • Share Option means a Nonqualified Share Option or an Incentive Share Option.

  • Stock Reload Option means any option granted under Section 6.3, below, as a result of the payment of the exercise price of a Stock Option and/or the withholding tax related thereto in the form of Stock owned by the Holder or the withholding of Stock by the Company.

  • Option Right means the right to purchase Common Shares upon exercise of an option granted pursuant to Section 4 of this Plan.

  • Reload Option means any Option granted under Section 6(a)(iv) of the Plan.
