Access Only means that Licensee’s access to the specified Content is limited to the Term only.
Access Only means those Benefits claimed by the Client and at the special instance of the Client, the Client thus being liable for the full cost of the Benefit claimed which will be payable directly by the Client to the Service Provider and/or EMERGIVAC, as the case may be;
