Access Method definition

Access Method means any method we make available to you or an additional cardholder to give us authority to act on instructions when using electronic equipment. An access method comprises of one or more components (including, but not limited to, a card, a PIN, an access number, password or any combination of these) that does not include a method requiring the user's manual signature where the comparison of the manual signature with the written specimen signature is the principal means of authenticating you or an additional cardholder's authority to give us an instruction.
Access Method means any user identification, passwords and other security credentials assigned to you and required to access and use the Platform using your Account;
Access Method means any method through which users can give us instructions using electronic equipment to debit or credit an ePayment account. An access method comprises of one or more components including (but not limited to) cards, PINs or a combination of these, EFTPOS contactless, Visa contactless and the Visa easy payment service. It does not include a method where comparison of a user’s manual signature to a specimen signature is required to authenticate an instruction.

More Definitions of Access Method

Access Method means a method we authorise you to use to instruct us through electronic equipment to debit or credit an account.
Access Method means any method we make available to users to give us authority to act on instructions when using Electronic Equipment to debit or credit an Account. An Access Method comprises of one or more components including (but not limited to) Cards, identifiers, Access Codes or a combination of these but does not include a method requiring the user’s manual signature where the comparison of the manual signature with the written specimen signature is the principal means of authenticating a user’s authority to give us an instruction.
Access Method means any user identification, passwords and other security credentials assigned to you and required to access and use the Platform using your Account; "Actual Settled means, in relation to: Amount" (a) a Conversion - the sum of money that results from the Conversion based on the actual rate of exchange (not being a rate of exchange provided on a real-time basis at the time the Conversion was executed) provided to us by a third party provider chosen at our discretion; or (b) a Transaction - the sum of money used for the execution of the Transaction based on the actual price (not being the price(s) of the relevant Investment(s) reflected on a real-time basis at the time the Transaction was executed) of the relevant Investment(s). "Affiliates" has the meaning ascribed to it in paragraph 15 of SCHEDULE 2 of this Agreement; "Applicable Laws" means all applicable local or foreign laws, rules, acts, regulations, subsidiary legislation notices, notifications, circulars, licence conditions, directions, requests, requirements, guidelines, directives, codes, information papers, practice notes, demands, guidance and/or decisions of any national, state or local government, any agency, exchange, regulatory or self- regulatory body, law enforcement body, court, central bank or tax revenue authority or any other authority (including the MAS and IRAS) whether in Singapore or elsewhere, whether having the force of law or not (including any intergovernmental agreement between the governments or regulatory authorities of two or more jurisdictions or otherwise), as may be amended from time to time; This Schedule sets out the definitions of specific words and expressions (capitalised terms) that are used in the Agreement.

Access Method means the unique login or other access means that is assigned by the Company to each Authorized Person.
