Access Lines definition

Access Lines means a telecommunications circuit, usually an analogue PSTN line required before and overlay service such as ADSL can be delivered;
Access Lines means each of those telephone lines (both residential and commercial) for voice and data equivalents activated and in service of Holdings or any of its Subsidiaries (without duplication).
Access Lines means the total number of installed DS-O business lines (or the equivalent thereof) that are being used to provide service to a customer of Company and its Subsidiaries, including "on-net" and "unbundled network elements".

More Definitions of Access Lines

Access Lines means the total number of installed business lines that provide service to a business customer of a Borrower including "resale", "on-net" and "unbundled network element"; PROVIDED, that resale shall constitute no more than twenty-five percent (25%) of the total Access Lines.
Access Lines means, at any time, the total number of telephone line equivalents, calculated on a 64 Kilobit per second per line basis, of business end-users connected to the Network and for which the Borrower and its Consolidated Subsidiaries are providing local access at such time.
