Access Easement definition

Access Easement means an easement recorded for the purposed of providing vehicle, bicycle and/or pedestrian access from a public street to a parcel across intervening property under separate ownership from the parcel being provided access.
Access Easement means an easement that is appurtenant to real estate and that provides ingress and egress between the real estate and a public road by means of a private road or driveway.
Access Easement means a private way meeting the standards of this Ordinance that provides access to lots, tracts or parcels of land.

  • Forest Owner shall ensure that all future deeds, mortgages, leases, subleases and other instruments or encumbrances which may Transfer a Property Interest to another party: (i) incorporate by reference this Agreement and the Forest Project Protocols and (ii) specifically state that the Property Interest thereby Transferred is subject to this Agreement, the Forest Project Protocols and the Access Easement.

  • No additional consideration shall be paid beyond the Purchase Price for the Access Easement, Three Easements or Property.

  • An Access Easement exists between COUNTY and CITY for the purposes of implementing and maintaining the Project.

  • Forest Owner shall record this Agreement and the agreement granting the Reserve the Access Easement in the office of the recorder of each county in which the Property or some portion thereof is situated within ten (10) days of the date this Agreement is fully executed.

  • To facilitate the implementation of this Section 6, Forest Owner has granted to the Reserve the Access Easement and the Forest Owner shall record the Access Easement concurrently herewith, in accordance with Section 21.


More Definitions of Access Easement

Access Easement means the non-exclusive easement created in favor of Tenant pursuant to the provisions of Section 2.3 hereof for the purpose of providing vehicular and pedestrian ingress and egress to, from, between and among the (i) Amphitheater Tract, (ii) the public rights of way abutting the boundaries of the Entire Tract and (iii) the Parking Facilities.
Access Easement means a non-exclusive easement across the Site providing access from Beach Boulevard to the WIG Property, as generally shown on the Site Map, including a methodology for the allocation of costs with respect to the operation and maintenance of the Access Easement. The Access Easement will be reserved in each Grant Deed and Environmental Restriction.
Access Easement is the easement granted to the Reserve pursuant to that certain Easement Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, between Forest Owner and the Reserve permitting the Reserve limited rights of access to the Property for the purpose of ensuring compliance by the Forest Owner with the terms of this Agreement and the Forest Protocols.
Access Easement means the access agreement or agreements whereby the System Owner and its designees are given access to the Site for the purpose of installing, maintaining and, under certain circumstances, removing the System.
Access Easement has the meaning set forth in Section 2(b).
Access Easement has the meaning set forth in Section 24.1.
Access Easement means the applicable access easement for the relevant jurisdiction in which the subject terminal is located, in the forms attached hereto as Exhibit A.
