Access Connection definition

Access Connection means any point of motor vehicle ingress or egress from or to a highway. It is the physical connection between the edge of the traveled way and the abutting property and is exclusive of the roadway and median.

Access Connection means a circuit from a Site to a point of presence on the relevant Carrier’s electronic communications system, whether DSL (digital subscriber line) (symmetric or asymmetric), Ethernet, leased line, 3G or 4G, or broadband wireless.
