Access Conditions definition

Access Conditions means, in respect to access to Personal Information for a Permitted Purpose: (a) the Service Provider must ensure that access is limited to temporary access and storage for the minimum time necessary for the Permitted Purpose; (b) if such access is for the Permitted Purpose of data recovery, the Service Provider must ensure such access is limited to access and storage only after the system failure has occurred; and (c) such other conditions as may be imposed on access and disclosure for a Permitted Purpose pursuant to FIPPA;
Access Conditions means relevant standards, guidelines and information on the accessibility of port terminals and ships including their facilities for disabled persons or persons with reduced mobility;
Access Conditions means relevant standards, guidelines and information on the accessibility of buses and/or of designated terminals including their facilities for disabled persons or persons with reduced mobility;

Access Conditions means The Railtrack Track Access Conditions 1995 (Issue 3) as modified from time to time either before or after the Commencement Date;

  • General Condition means these General Terms and Conditions of Contract.

  • Standard Conditions means the “International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and International Development Association Standard Conditions for Grant Financing Made by the Bank out of Trust Funds”, dated February 25, 2019.

  • Normal Operating Conditions means those Service conditions which are within the control of Grantee. Those conditions which are not within the control of Grantee include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, civil disturbances, power outages, telephone network outages, and severe or unusual weather conditions. Those conditions which are ordinarily within the control of Grantee include, but are not limited to, special promotions, pay-per-view events, rate increases, regular peak or seasonal demand periods, and maintenance or upgrade of the Cable System.
