Access Areas definition

Access Areas means areas which are cleared to allow equipment to reach existing electrical structures or the proposed location of electrical structures;
Access Areas as used in this Agreement shall mean the following portions of the Fertilizer Parcel and the Refinery Parcel, respectively, as the same may be located from time to time:
Access Areas is defined in Section 2.1(A).

Examples of Access Areas in a sentence

  • All equipment shall operate perpendicular to the streamcourse or gradient where small drainages to be avoided are flagged or where multi-channeled conditions (Controlled Equipment Access Areas) have been identified on the Sale Area Map.

  • If the Landlord decides to, or is required to retain legal counsel as a result of claims against Landlord that are associated with Tenant’s construction, installation, use, maintenance, repair, or removal of the Equipment and Facilities, or Tenant’s use of the Premises or Access Areas, or the breach or Default of this Lease by Tenant, Tenant shall pay Landlord’s reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs.

  • Upon termination of this Lease or a specific Permit, including termination upon expiration of this Lease, Tenant shall remove the Equipment and Facilities from the Premises, repair any damage caused thereby, and shall surrender the Premises and the Access Areas in as good order and condition as when first occupied by Tenant, ordinary wear and tear and damage not caused by Tenant excepted.

  • In the event Lessee provides bus or transportation services to its students, Lessee shall do so at its sole cost and expense, and shall ensure that any such bus or transport servicing students outside the Installation access the Leased Premises via the Access Areas.

  • If it is believed that the specified degree of cleaning is not possible in an area, follow the requirements outlined in 3.08, Limited Access Areas.


More Definitions of Access Areas

Access Areas means any corridors, lobbies, landings, staircases and lifts within or outside the Premises which are intended to be used in common by the Tenant and any undertenant.
Access Areas has the meaning given such term in Section 2.1(A) of this Exhibit A.
Access Areas means the access roads and areas located on the Lease Rights Site I, as more specifically shown on Exhibit B. “Additional Warehouses” shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 18.1.
Access Areas means any immediate entry or egress (including roads and driveways) and rail lines used or traveled by carriers of raw materials, manufactured products, waste materials, or by-products used or created by the facility.
Access Areas means those parts of Authority Sites identified in Part E (Access Areas) of Schedule 4 (Site Issues);
Access Areas means all areas within each Lot or which are appurtenant rights to each Lot intended to be used at any time and from time-to-time as traffic lanes, driveways, sidewalks, walkways or similar areas for ingress and egress of vehicles and pedestrians, which areas may change for a particular Lot when that Lot is developed or redeveloped. Access Areas do not include any portion of a Lot on which a Building is located at any time or from time-to-time, unless such Building is a parking structure expressly designated as an Access Area.
