Each Servicer shall be required pursuant to the Servicing Agreement to service the Mortgage Loan in accordance with the Accepted Servicing Practices, this Agreement, the terms of the Mortgage Loan Documents, the Servicing Agreement, any intercreditor agreement and applicable law, and shall not take any action or refrain from taking any action or follow any direction inconsistent with the foregoing.
