Accepted Claim definition

Accepted Claim means the Affected Claim of a Creditor, as finally determined in accordance with the Claims Process Order and any other Order in the CCAA Proceedings and/or this Plan;
Accepted Claim means a claim of a Senior Creditor arising under the Existing Finance Documentation which has been accepted pursuant to the claim adjudication procedure set out in the Court Supervised Arrangement(s).

  • The votes cast in respect of any Disputed Claims shall not be counted for any purpose unless, until and only to the extent that such Disputed Claim is finally determined to be an Accepted Claim.

Accepted Claim means a claim for benefits under this chapter that has been accepted by a final notice of claim status or final order or award of the commission.
