Acceptance Standards definition

Acceptance Standards means the standards set forth in Exhibit A-4 with respect to the testing of the Hubs.

Examples of Acceptance Standards in a sentence

  • In the event that the Products are defective or fail to conform to the Acceptance Standards, the Purchaser may, at their option, acting in their absolute discretion, require the Supplier to provide replacement Products or to rectify any such defects or failure.

  • On or before the expiry of the Acceptance Period, the Purchaser may notify the Supplier if any of the Products are defective or fail to conform to the Acceptance Standards or otherwise do not comply with the terms hereof.

More Definitions of Acceptance Standards

Acceptance Standards or “Acceptance Criteria” means the performance standards for the Compost Facility based on this RFP, the Contractor's response to this RFP and any subsequent Contract, which the Contractor will meet in order to achieve Acceptance.
Acceptance Standards means the fiber characteristics which City may utilize to accept fiber from its own construction contractor or partners, subject to variance due to route, segment, fiber types, initial and subsequent splicing and other physical factors not necessarily within City’s control, which characteristics City deems acceptable to begin its own use of Fibers in the City Economic Network for digital transmission within the specifications of then-current digital optical transmission equipment. City’s Acceptance 4-7-17Standards may result in a System which requires further tuning for some future digital or analog use, the cost of which is not contemplated in this Agreement, and which may be the subject of some future agreement. Such Acceptance Standards shall be nearly uniform for all Fibers in the City Economic Network and City’s Acceptance Standards for Intermax IRU Fibers shall be the same as for any other Fibers in the City Economic Network, including Fibers for City’s use.
