Acceptance of the Offer definition

Acceptance of the Offer shall have the meaning established in Section 14.2 below.
Acceptance of the Offer. : means the moment coinciding with the first to occur in time between the following events: (i) the receipt by Bauer of the Customer's written acceptance of the Offer; or (ii) the initiated execution by Bauer of any activity related to the Offer; or (iii) the delivery, in whole or in part, of the Products by Bauer.
Acceptance of the Offer means the full and unconditional acceptance of the Offer by performing the actions specified in this Offer. Acceptance of the Offer implies the conclusion of an agreement on the terms set out in the Offer.

Examples of Acceptance of the Offer in a sentence

More Definitions of Acceptance of the Offer

Acceptance of the Offer means that the User agrees with all the provisions of the Offer and assumes an unconditional obligation to follow them.
