Acceptance Facility definition

Acceptance Facility means any business or business division accepting end-of-life vehicles for the purpose of making them available or forwarding them to dismantling facilities, without being a dismantling facility themselves.

Acceptance Facility means the credit facility described as such in Section 2.

Acceptance Facility means the bankers' acceptance facility established under Section 4.

More Definitions of Acceptance Facility
