Acceptance Criteria definition

Acceptance Criteria means the Specifications, goals, performance measures, testing results and/or other criteria designated by the Agency and against which the Deliverables may be evaluated for purposes of Acceptance or Non-acceptance thereof.

Acceptance Criteria means the Specifications, goals, performance measures or standards, testing results, requirements, technical standards, representations, or other criteria designated by the Agency and against which Acceptance Tests are conducted, including any of the foregoing stated or expressed in this Agreement, a Purchasing Instrument, the RFP, the Proposal, any Documentation, and any applicable state, federal, foreign, and local laws, rules, and regulations.
