Examples of Acceptable Rating in a sentence
Each Servicer that does not have an Acceptable Rating, regardless of whether the Servicer is an Affiliate of the Company, shall be subject to the prior written approval of Participant (which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned).
Acceptable Rating: A proposal that in the judgment of the evaluators meets the majority of the development objectives as cited and provides information that demonstrates a consistency with those objectives in a manner that is supported by the proposed use and supporting documentation.

The Company shall at all times maintain a Debt Rating for the Notes from an Acceptable Rating Agency.
