Acceleration Trigger definition

Acceleration Trigger means the occurrence of an Event of Default and the Notes becoming due and payable prior to the Scheduled Maturity Date as a result thereof.
Acceleration Trigger means a situation whereby the daily volume weighted average closing price of the Common Shares on the CSE (or such other exchange on which the Common Shares may trade) is at a price equal to or greater than the Acceleration Threshold Price for a period of 20 consecutive trading days following the date of issuance of the Warrants;
Acceleration Trigger has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 1.01 of the Indenture.

  • Acceleration Event means the occurrence of an Event of Default (a) in respect of which Agent has declared all or any portion of the Obligations to be immediately due and payable pursuant to Section 10.2, (b) pursuant to Section 10.1(a), and in respect of which Agent has suspended or terminated the Term Loan Commitment pursuant to Section 10.2, and/or (c) pursuant to either Section 10.1(e) and/or Section 10.1(f).
