Academic Staff Member definition

Academic Staff Member means an individual who is engaged to work for the University and is identified as an academic staff member under Article 1 of the Collective Agreement;
Academic Staff Member means a person employed in a teaching position or a non-teaching academic position. The term includes academic staff members (ASM), senior academic staff members (SASM) and principal academic staff members (PASM). Terms such as Tutor and Lecturer are generic terms which also refer to academic staff members.
Academic Staff Member means a person who is employed by the board of governors as a teacher, counsellor or librarian; (“membre du corps enseignant”)

  • A level A research-only Academic Staff Member is expected to contribute towards the research effort of the institution and to develop their research expertise through the pursuit of defined projects relevant to the particular field of research.

More Definitions of Academic Staff Member

Academic Staff Member means a person who is employed by the College as a teacher, counsellor or librarian;
