Academic deficiency definition

Academic deficiency means breach of 17 ii, iv, v or vi above. It shall be dealt with according to the following Academic Disciplinary Procedure. Every breach of 17 vi, and every breach of 17 iv or v lasting two consecutive weeks, shall normally entail the immediate initiation of the procedure.

Academic deficiency. The Resident is not meeting one or more of the ACGME Core Competencies, as revised from time to time, which may include but is not limited to: patient care and procedural skills, medical knowledge, practice-based learning and improvement, interpersonal and communication skills, professionalism, and system-based practice. It certain instances behavior may be characterized as both misconduct and academically deficient. Examples of academic deficiencies include, but are not limited to:

Examples of Academic deficiency in a sentence

  • Academic deficiency demonstrated by failure to meet course standards or lack of academic progress that makes it unlikely that the student can successfully meet the standards established for graduation.

  • Overcollateralization Deficiency For any Distribution Date will be equal to the amount, if any, by which (x) the Targeted Overcollateralization Amount for such Distribution Date exceeds (y) the Overcollateralization Amount for such Distribution Date, calculated for this purpose after giving effect to the reduction on such Distribution Date of the aggregate Class Principal Balance of the Certificates resulting from the payment of the Principal Payment Amount on such Distribution Date, but prior to allocation of any Applied Loss Amount on such Distribution Date.

  • Erroneous Payment Return Deficiency has the meaning assigned to it in Section 14.14(d).

  • Major Servicing Defect With respect to each Payment Date and any Reference Obligation for which Freddie Mac has determined the existence of an Unconfirmed Servicing Defect, the occurrence of any of the following: (a) the related servicer repurchased such Reference Obligation or made Freddie Mac whole resulting in a full recovery of losses incurred (“Make- Whole”) during the related Reporting Period; or (b) the party responsible for the representations and warranties and/or servicing obligations or liabilities with respect to the Reference Obligation becomes subject to a bankruptcy, an insolvency proceeding or a receivership. Reference Obligations covered under servicing settlements will not result in Major Servicing Defects.

  • Prohibited Transaction has the meaning set forth in ERISA Section 406 and Code Section 4975.

  • Servicing Default The meaning assigned in Section 6.01 of the Servicing Agreement.

  • Adverse REMIC Event As defined in Section 9.01(f) hereof.

  • Event of Noncompliance means any one of the following events:

  • Borrowing Base Deficiency means, as of any date of determination, the positive amount, if any, by which (i) the aggregate Loans Outstanding exceeds (ii) the Borrowing Base.

  • Minor Servicing Defect With respect to each Payment Date and any Reference Obligation for which Freddie Mac has determined the existence of an Unconfirmed Servicing Defect, the occurrence of a remedy, other than by repurchase or Make-Whole that is mutually agreed upon by both Freddie Mac and the related servicer that results in a recovery of the damages sustained by Freddie Mac on such Reference Obligation as a result of the Unconfirmed Servicing Defect.

  • Immaterial Title Deficiencies means minor defects or deficiencies in title which do not diminish more than 2% of the aggregate value of the Oil and Gas Properties evaluated in the Reserve Report used in the most recent determination of the Borrowing Base.

  • Reportable Fund means any 1940-Act registered open end investment company for which an Adviser serves as investment adviser as defined in Section 2(a)(2) of the 1940 Act, or any 1940-Act registered investment company whose investment adviser or principal underwriter Controls an Adviser, is Controlled by an Adviser or is under common Control with an Adviser.

  • Funding Default as defined in Section 2.21.
