Absolute Assignment definition

Absolute Assignment means each Absolute Assignment of Leases and Rents recorded December 19, 1996, September 13, 1999 and as consolixxxxx and amended concurrently herewith to be recorded in the County in connection with the Notes.
Absolute Assignment means each of the following:
Absolute Assignment means, individually and collectively, each of those certain Absolute Assignments of Loan and Loan Documents substantially in the form of Exhibit L and incorporated herein by reference (or such other form required under the applicable Law of the applicable jurisdiction where any Underlying Mortgaged Property is located), executed by the applicable Loan Party in favor of the Collateral Agent, together with, as applicable, any other assignment of loans, notes, and/or mortgages or other security instruments executed by the applicable Loan Party in favor of the Collateral Agent from time to time in relation to any Collateral, which assignments may be recorded in each jurisdiction where any Underlying Mortgaged Property is located (pursuant to the terms and provisions of this Agreement), and as the same may be modified, amended or restated from time to time.

Examples of Absolute Assignment in a sentence

  • The Lender may, however, terminate the license by written Notice to the Borrower on certain conditions set forth in the Absolute Assignment of Leases and Rents.

  • The Mortgagor acknowledges that, concurrently herewith, the Mortgagor has executed and delivered to the Lender, as additional security for the repayment of the Loan, an Absolute Assignment of Rents and Leases (the “Assignment”) pursuant to which the Mortgagor has assigned to the Lender interests in the leases of the Premises and the rents and income from the Premises.


More Definitions of Absolute Assignment

Absolute Assignment means each Absolute Assignment of Leases and Rents dated of even date herewith and to be recorded in the County in connection with the Notes.
Absolute Assignment means the Absolute Assignment of Rents and ------------------- Income (With License Back) by Borrower in favor of Lender of even date herewith, as the same may be amended, supplemented or modified from time to time.
Absolute Assignment means any Initial Absolute Assignment, as any such assignment may be amended, renewed and restated from time to time; "Absolute Assignments" means all of the Initial Absolute Assignments, as the same may be amended, renewed and restated from time to time.
Absolute Assignment means each Absolute Assignment of Leases and Rents recorded December 23, 1996, August 25, 1997, September 10, 1999, as consolidated and amended concurrently herewith, recorded in the County in connection with the Notes.
Absolute Assignment means, individually and collectively, each of those certain Absolute Assignments of Loan and Loan Documents and incorporated herein by reference (or such other form required under the applicable Law of the applicable jurisdiction where any Underlying Mortgaged Property is located), executed by the applicable Notes Party in favor of the Collateral Agent, together with, as applicable, any other assignment of loans, notes, and/or mortgages or other security instruments executed by the applicable Notes Party in favor of the Collateral Agent from time to time in relation to any Collateral, which assignments may be recorded in each jurisdiction where any Underlying Mortgaged Property is located (pursuant to the terms and provisions of this Agreement), and as the same may be modified, amended or restated from time to time.
Absolute Assignment has the meaning given to such term in Clause 23.3.1(d).
Absolute Assignment has the meaning set forth in Section 6.10(c).
