The Recipient shall, upon request lend assistance to Ontario by filing records and other appropriate evidence of the activities undertaken both by Ontario and by the Recipient in consulting with Aboriginal Groups in relation to the Project, attending any regulatory or other hearings, and making both written and oral submissions, as appropriate, regarding the fulfillment of Aboriginal consultation responsibilities by Ontario and by the Recipient, to the relevant regulatory or judicial decision-makers.
