Aboriginal Cultural Heritage definition

Aboriginal Cultural Heritage has the meaning given in the Aboriginal Xxxxxxxx Xxx 0000 (Vic).
Aboriginal Cultural Heritage means Aboriginal places*, Aboriginal objects* and Aboriginal human remains*.
Aboriginal Cultural Heritage means the Aboriginal cultural heritage of the Ngadju People and their rights, knowledge and duties in relation to its management and protection and includes “Aboriginal Cultural Material”, Aboriginal “objects” and “Aboriginal Site” as defined in section 4 and in section 5 to 6 of the Aboriginal Heritage Act 1972 (WA) or any Act replacing that Act from time to time. “Aboriginal Cultural Heritage” includes “significant Aboriginal areas”, “significant Aboriginal objects” and “Aboriginal remains” as defined in the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Heritage Protection Act 1984 (Cth) and “areas or sites of particular significance” referred to in section 237 of the NTA.

If the Michigan economic development corporation is unable for any reason to perform its duties under this act, those duties may be exercised by the Michigan strategic fund.

  • agricultural holding means a portion of land not less than 0.8 hectares in extent used solely or mainly for the purpose of agriculture, horticulture or for breeding or keeping domesticated animals, poultry or bees;

  • Community mental health program means all mental health

  • Home health aide services means the personal care and maintenance activities provided to individuals for the purpose of promoting normal standards of health and hygiene.

  • Business Centre means each of the places so specified in the relevant Pricing Supplement.

  • Home health aide means an individual employed by a home health agency to provide home health services under the direction of a registered nurse or therapist.

  • Health and Human Services Commission or “HHSC” means the administrative agency established under Chapter 531, Texas Government Code, or its designee.

  • School health services means health services provided by a qualified school nurse or other qualified person that are designed to enable a child with a disability to receive FAPE as described in the child’s IEP.

  • Municipal Finance Management Act means the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, 2003 (Act No. 56 of 2003);

  • Allied Health Professional means a person registered as an allied health professional with the Health Professions Council;

  • Adult Foster Home (AFH means any home in which residential care and services are provided in a home-like environment for compensation to five or fewer adults who are not related to the provider by blood, marriage, or adoption. An adult foster home does not include any house, institution, hotel, or other similar living situation that supplies room or board only, if no individual thereof requires any element of care.

  • State health plan means the employee and retiree insurance program provided for in Article 5, Chapter 11, Title 1.

  • Home health services means part-time or intermittent skilled nursing services, other therapeutic services (physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy), and home health aide services made available on a visiting basis in a place of residence used as the client's home.

  • Home Health Care means the continual care and treatment of an individual if:

  • Organ procurement organization means a person designated by the Secretary of the United States Department of Health and Human Services as an organ procurement organization.

  • Agricultural operations means the growing and harvesting of crops or the raising of fowl or animals for the primary purpose of making a profit, providing a livelihood, or conducting agricultural research or instruction by an educational institution. Agricultural operations do not include activities involving the processing or distribution of crops or fowl.

  • Cultural means relating to the habits, practices, beliefs, and traditions of a certain group of people.

  • American Indian means those persons for whom services may be provided as an Indian pursuant to 25 USC 1603(13), 1603(28), or 1679(a), or 42 CFR § 136.12.
