ABL Collateral Documents definition

ABL Collateral Documents means all “Security Documents” as defined in the Original ABL Credit Agreement, and all other security agreements, mortgages, deeds of trust and other collateral documents executed and delivered in connection with any ABL Credit Agreement, and any other agreement, document or instrument pursuant to which a Lien is granted securing any ABL Obligations or under which rights or remedies with respect to such Liens are governed, in each case as the same may be amended, supplemented, waived or modified from time to time.
ABL Collateral Documents means the “Security Documents” as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement, or comparable term as used in the ABL Credit Agreement.
ABL Collateral Documents has the meaning specified in the Intercreditor Agreement.

  • The foregoing provisions are intended as an inducement to the ABL Claimholders (as defined in the ABL Intercreditor Agreement) to enter into the arrangements contemplated by the ABL Collateral Documents (as defined in the ABL Intercreditor Agreement) and the ABL Claimholders are intended third party beneficiaries of such provisions and the provisions of the ABL Intercreditor Agreement.

ABL Collateral Documents means all “Collateral Documents” (as defined in any ABL Credit Agreement) or similar term, executed and delivered by one or more of the ABL Credit Parties, and all other security agreements, mortgages, deeds of trust and other collateral documents executed and delivered by any ABL Credit Party in connection with any ABL Credit Agreement (in each case, other than any such “Collateral Document” or similar term, other security agreement, mortgage, deed of trust or other collateral document to the extent relating to any ABL Exclusive Credit Party or any ABL Exclusive Collateral), in each case as the same may be amended, restated, amended and restated, extended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

ABL Collateral Documents means the ABL Security Agreement, the ABL Mortgages and the other “Collateral Documents”, as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement, and any other agreement, document or instrument now existing or entered into after the date hereof that grants a Lien on any assets of the Company or any Subsidiary to secure any ABL Obligations, as each may be Amended from time to time, including after the commencement of any Insolvency or Liquidation Proceeding.
