ABL Collateral Documents definition

ABL Collateral Documents means all “Security Documents” as defined in the Original ABL Credit Agreement, and all other security agreements, mortgages, deeds of trust and other collateral documents executed and delivered in connection with any ABL Credit Agreement, and any other agreement, document or instrument pursuant to which a Lien is granted securing any ABL Obligations or under which rights or remedies with respect to such Liens are governed, in each case as the same may be amended, supplemented, waived or modified from time to time.

ABL Collateral Documents means the “Security Documents” as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement, or comparable term as used in the ABL Credit Agreement.

ABL Collateral Documents has the meaning specified in the Intercreditor Agreement.

Examples of ABL Collateral Documents in a sentence

• The foregoing provisions are intended as an inducement to the ABL Claimholders (as defined in the ABL Intercreditor Agreement) to enter into the arrangements contemplated by the ABL Collateral Documents (as defined in the ABL Intercreditor Agreement) and the ABL Claimholders are intended third party beneficiaries of such provisions and the provisions of the ABL Intercreditor Agreement.

• Until the Discharge of ABL Obligations, the delivery of any ABL Priority Collateral to the ABL Agent pursuant to the ABL Collateral Documents shall satisfy any delivery requirement hereunder or under any other Security Document.

• From and after the earlier of (i) the ABL Enforcement Date or (ii) the date upon which the Discharge of the Shared Collateral Obligations shall have occurred, the ABL Agent or any ABL Secured Party may Exercise Any Secured Creditor Remedies under the ABL Collateral Documents or applicable law as to any Canadian Pledge Collateral.

• The Mortgagor has not assigned or executed any assignment of, and will not assign or execute any assignment of, any Lease or its respective Rents to anyone other than to the Mortgagee, other than in connection with the ABL Collateral Documents.

• In the event that ABL Agent shall, in the exercise of its rights under the ABL Collateral Documents or otherwise, receive possession or control of any Books, ABL Agent shall, upon request from Term Loan Agent and as promptly as practicable thereafter, provide such Books to Term Loan Agent; ABL Agent may retain copies of such Books to use and to transfer in connection with the sale of any ABL Priority Collateral.

ABL Collateral Documents means all “Security Documents” or similar term as defined in any ABL Credit Agreement executed and delivered by one or more ABL Credit Parties and all other security agreements, mortgages, deeds of trust and other collateral documents executed and delivered by one or more ABL Credit Parties in connection with any ABL Credit Agreement (in each case, other than any “Security Document” (or similar term as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement), security agreement, mortgage, deed of trust or other collateral document, in each case, to the extent relating to any ABL Exclusive Credit Party or any ABL Exclusive Collateral), in each case as the same may be amended, restated, amended and restated, extended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

ABL Collateral Documents means all “Collateral Documents” (as defined in any ABL Credit Agreement) or similar term, executed and delivered by one or more of the ABL Credit Parties, and all other security agreements, mortgages, deeds of trust and other collateral documents executed and delivered by any ABL Credit Party in connection with any ABL Credit Agreement (in each case, other than any such “Collateral Document” or similar term, other security agreement, mortgage, deed of trust or other collateral document to the extent relating to any ABL Exclusive Credit Party or any ABL Exclusive Collateral), in each case as the same may be amended, restated, amended and restated, extended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

ABL Collateral Documents means the Collateral Documents (as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement) or the collateral documents under any Credit Facility that succeeds, replaces, refinances, amends or amends and restates the ABL Credit Agreement.

ABL Collateral Documents means the ABL Guarantee and Collateral Agreements and any security agreement, Deed of Hypothec, mortgage or other agreement, document or instrument pursuant to which a Lien is now or hereafter granted to the ABL Agent securing any ABL Obligations or under which rights or remedies with respect to such Liens are at any time governed.

ABL Collateral Documents means any agreement, document or instrument pursuant to which a Lien is granted securing any ABL Debt Obligations or under which rights or remedies with respect to such Liens are governed (other than the ABL Intercreditor Agreement) including any “Collateral Documents” or “Security Documents” as such terms may be defined in the ABL Credit Facility.

ABL Collateral Documents means the ABL Security Agreement, the ABL Mortgages and the other “Collateral Documents”, as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement, and any other agreement, document or instrument now existing or entered into after the date hereof that grants a Lien on any assets of the Company or any Subsidiary to secure any ABL Obligations, as each may be Amended from time to time, including after the commencement of any Insolvency or Liquidation Proceeding.

ABL Collateral Documents the ABL Loan Agreement and any other agreement, document, or instrument pursuant to which a Lien is granted by such Obligor for the benefit of the ABL Claimholders securing any ABL Obligation or under which rights or remedies with respect to such Liens are governed.
