ABC Securities definition

ABC Securities has the meaning set forth in the Declaration.
ABC Securities means securities issued by a Finance Trust representing an undivided beneficial interest in assets acquired by a Finance Trust from Ambac Assurance with the net proceeds of such issuance.
ABC Securities means the Asset-Backed Capital Commitment Securities issued by, and each representing an undivided beneficial interest in the property of, the ABC Trust.
