Abatement Period definition

Abatement Period means the period during which all or a portion of the value of real property or tangible personal property that is the subject of a tax abatement agreement is exempt from taxation.
Abatement Period means the period of time defined or set out in the citation for correction of a violation.
Abatement Period means the period that begins on the Commencement Date and ends on the day immediately prior to the 4-month anniversary of the Commencement Date. During the Abatement Period, Tenant shall pay to Landlord: (i) Tenant’s Share of Janitorial Expenses; (ii) utilities as set forth in Section 6; and (iii) all other amounts due Landlord with the exception of Fixed Rent.

Examples of Abatement Period in a sentence

  • Tenant acknowledges and agrees that during such Base Rent Abatement Period, such abatement of Base Rent for the Premises shall have no effect on the calculation of any future increases in Base Rent or Direct Expenses payable by Tenant pursuant to the terms of this Lease, which increases shall be calculated without regard to such Base Rent Abatement.

  • During the Abatement Period, Tenant shall remain responsible for the payment of all of its other monetary obligations under this Lease.

  • During the Abatement Period, only Base Rent shall be abated, and all other costs and charges specified in this Sublease shall remain as due and payable pursuant to the provisions of this Sublease.

  • The total amount of Base Rent abated during the Abatement Period is referred to herein as the “Abated Rent”.

Abatement Period has the meaning set forth in section 3.03 below.
Abatement Period means that time span between the official notification to a property owner of the re- quirement to cease, alter, modify, decrease or remove any building, structure or use that is nonconforming or illegal, and the final date given by which the property owner shall make such change. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, during the Abatement Period, Tenant shall pay to Landlord: (i) Tenant’s Share of all Operating Expenses Tenant’s Share of Janitorial Expenses; (ii) all utilities as set forth in Section 6 of the Original Lease and (iii) and all other amounts due hereunder.
Abatement Period means the ten-year period described in Paragraph IV(B)(1) of this Agreement during which the Abatement will apply.
