Examples of Abandonment in a sentence
In the event of Abandonment, the Landlord will have the right to immediately terminate the Agreement and remove the Tenant’s personal possessions.
Abandonment is defined for purposes of this Contract as failure to pick up Pet on the scheduled pick-up day without otherwise informing DKL in advance that Owner will pick up the Pet on a different day, within DKL's normal business hours, or that Owner has made arrangements for someone else to pick up the Pet.
Abandonment shall have occurred if, without notifying the Landlord, the Tenant is absent from the Premises for the Florida-mandated minimum time-period, or seven (7) days, whichever length of time is less.
Abandonment does not relieve Resident of the obligation to pay room charges.
