ABAC Policy definition

ABAC Policy means the Company’s anti-bribery and corruption policy document as amended, varied or supplemented from time to time;
ABAC Policy means the Group’s Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy dated 1 June 2020 as may be amended from time to time.
ABAC Policy has the meaning given in Section 4.5 of the Agreement.
