Notwithstanding anything in this Section 3.18 to the contrary, pursuant to the terms of the Intercreditor Agreement, the Companion Holder will have the right to purchase the related AB Mortgage Loan or related REO Property.
Servicing and administration of the Companion Loan shall continue hereunder for so long as the AB Mortgage Loan or any related REO Property is part of the Trust Fund or for such longer period as any amounts payable by the Companion Holder to or for the benefit of the Trust or any party hereto in accordance with the Intercreditor Agreement remain due and owing.
Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Servicer make a Servicing Advance with respect to the Companion Loan to the extent the AB Mortgage Loan has been paid in full or is no longer included in the Trust Fund.
