AAAm or "AAAm-G" by Standard & Poor's and, if rated by Fitch, at least "AAA" by Fitch and "R-1" by DBRS (in each case, to the extent they are designated as Rating Agencies in the Preliminary Statement); and
AAAm or "AAAm G" (or its equivalent) by S&P, and any other demand, money market or time deposit, or any other obligation, security or investment, with respect to which Rating Agency Confirmation has been obtained; and
AAAm by Standard & Poor's, "AA" by Fitch and "AA" by DBRS (to the extent they are Rating Agencies hereunder and are so rated by such Rating Agency); and
AAAm by S&P or "Aaa" by Moody's including any such money market fund managed or advised by the Master Servicer, the Trustee or any of their Affiliates; and
AAAm or "AAAm-G" by Standard & Poor's; and
AAAm by Standard & Poor's (so long as Standard & Poor's is a Rating Agency), including any such fund for which the Indenture Trustee or an Affiliate thereof serves as an investment advisor, administrator, shareholder servicing agent and/or custodian or subcustodian, and notwithstanding that (i) such Person charges and collects fees and expenses from such funds for services rendered, (ii) such Person charges and collects fees and expenses for services rendered pursuant to the Trust Agreement, the Indenture or the Securities Account Control Agreement and (iii) services performed for such funds and pursuant to any such agreement may converge at any time. Each of the Seller and the Servicer hereby specifically authorizes the Indenture Trustee, Owner Trustee, Securities Intermediary or an Affiliate thereof to charge and collect all fees and expenses from such funds for services rendered to such funds, in addition to any fees and expenses such Person may charge and collect for services rendered pursuant to any such Agreement; and
AAAm or "AAAm-G" by Standard & Poor's and at least "AA" xx Xxtch (in each case, to the extent they are designated as Rating Agencies in the Preliminary Statement and such funds are so rated by such Rating Agency); and
