Examples of AAA Procedures in a sentence

  • To the extent that the AAA Procedures and this Agreement are in conflict, the terms of this Agreement shall control.

  • Any Dispute that is not resolved pursuant to Section 11.10(a) may be submitted for mediation before a single mediator in accordance with the provisions contained herein and in accordance with the Commercial Mediation Procedures of the AAA in effect at the time of the mediation (“AAA Procedures”); provided, however, that in the event of any conflict between the procedures herein and the AAA Procedures, the procedures herein shall control.

  • In the event the aggregate of all affirmative claims asserted exceeds $500,000, exclusive of interest and attorney’s fees, or upon the written request of any PARTY, the arbitration shall be conducted under the AAA Procedures for Large, Complex Commercial Disputes.

  • Staff Vetting Procedures means the Authority’s procedures for the vetting of personnel and as advised to the Contractor by the Authority.
